80th Independence Day Celebration at Vision English Medium School, Wadgaon Sheri

• Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha's Vision English Medium School, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, celebrated India's 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor.

• The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Wing Commander Shri. Vasudev Tabib, alongside Bharat Vikas Parishad dignitaries Shri. Venkatesh Patki and Shri. Kharul.

• Following the Bharat Mata Pujan, the Chief Guest hoisted the national flag, followed by the collective rendition of Vande Mataram, the National Anthem, and the State Anthem.

• In line with the state initiative, students and staff solemnly took the 'Addiction-Free India' (Vyasanmukta Bharat) pledge.

• Secondary Headmistress Mrs. Mamta Jain and Primary Headmistress Mrs. Reshma Karale felicitated the esteemed guests.

• Class 8 student Miss Swara Kulkarni delivered an inspiring speech on the significance of Independence Day.

• Meritorious Class 10 students of the academic year 2025–26 were felicitated, with Marathi subject topper Miss Gargi Gavhane receiving a special cash award of ₹1001 from Shri. Pritam Kale Sir.

• In his address, Wing Commander Vasudev Tabib urged students to uphold discipline, hard work, and patriotism to drive the nation's progress.

• The memorable event concluded with sweet distribution among students, in the presence of enthusiastic parents and alumni.
