The Journey of IES to VEMS in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune

Indian Education Society (IES) & Vision English Medium School (VEMS)

The journey of MKSSS Vision English Medium School began in 1980, founded by the visionary Late Mr. Narubhau Joshi (Founder Secretary) and Mr. Pradeep Naik along with the IES team. Our school’s humble beginnings saw us operating from a small 10' x 12' rented room in Lohar Galli, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, serving a handful of underprivileged students.

Despite our modest start, our core mission was clear: to provide quality education rooted in Indian ethos that ensures the overall development of every student. This commitment quickly resonated with the community; our first LKG class expanded to 34 students.

A significant milestone arrived in 1993 when our first batch of students successfully appeared for and passed the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) exam. This success established a legacy of excellence that continues today, we are proud to have maintained a 100% SSC result for the last 30 consecutive years.
